Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services Provided

Victory Exterior Cleaning LLC provides:

Power washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, window cleaning, siding cleaning, limestone cleaning, rust removal, house washing, driveway cleaning, brick paver cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, seal coating, brick paver sanding, and commercial services (power washing & window washing).

Payment & Refunds

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, credit/debit cards (via Housecall Pro), checks, invoicing.
No deposits required.
Refunds only in cases where a customer was charged without service being performed. No refunds after service completion, even if not fully satisfactory (before/after photo comparisons are used as proof).
No late or cancellation fees.

Liability & Service Limitations

Victory Exterior Cleaning LLC carries $2 million in general liability insurance and $10,000 in property protection.
We are not liable for damages outside of negligence.
Customers are responsible for preparing their property before service (e.g., moving furniture, clearing debris).

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or uncomfortable conditions. Customers will not be charged in such cases.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved under Michigan law. Customers must first attempt to resolve issues directly with us. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration before legal action is considered.

Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content on https://www.victoryexteriorcleaning.com/ is owned by Victory Exterior Cleaning LLC. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
Customers may submit reviews and testimonials, but Victory Exterior Cleaning LLC retains the right to use or remove them at its discretion.
