As a Cleaning Technician at Victory Exterior Cleaning, you’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-energy team that takes pride in delivering top-tier service. You’ll start with hands-on training to master The Victory Process, ensuring you have the skills and confidence to excel in the field. This isn’t just another job—it’s an opportunity to work with the best equipment, service beautiful homes in Oakland County’s nicest neighborhoods, and meet great customers who appreciate quality work. Every day brings something new, whether it’s transforming a home’s curb appeal or working alongside a team that feels like family. This position runs from June through December, with opportunities to return in April 2026.

At Victory Exterior Cleaning, we offer a hybrid pay structure that combines steady hourly pay with performance-based bonuses, ensuring you earn what you’re worth while also having the potential to make more based on your skills and work ethic.
🔹 Performance-Based Bonus (5% per job) – On top of your hourly rate, you can earn an extra 5% per job based on work ethic, skill, and leadership. However, the bonus is not automatic, it’s awarded based on efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• MORE Bonuses and Incentives: Every week, compete in a friendly competition with your teammates to see who can earn the most 5-star reviews mentioning their name. The winner receives a $100 bonus during the weekly team meeting.
• Schedule: Enjoy a structured workweek with standard hours Monday through Saturday (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and Sundays off. Our season runs from June through December, with a seasonal break from January to March, and we resume working in April 2026.
• Team Activities: Celebrate success and bond with the team through exciting activities:
• June Kickoff: Go-karting at K1 Speed in Oxford to kick off the summer season.
• End-of-Season Celebration: Paintball at Lone Wolf Paintball around early September to wrap up the season in style
